30-Day Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 30-day return policy - you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll make it right immediately with a replacement or full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • In the same condition as received.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).


How to Start a Return

Simply reach out to us at support@tryhormora.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The reason for the return

We’ll reply with clear instructions and a return address.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage or a tracking number when returning items, to avoid any “lost package” situations.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us right away.
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Personal care or beauty products that have been opened or used

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure about whether your item qualifies, please contact our support team before sending it back.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the item you have first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason, without justification.
As above, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
